User-Generated Content
- Photos - images you upload to the club gallery
- Comments - text you write on events and photos
- Event information - events you create or participate in
- Polls - your votes in club polls
- Competition results - scores and placements in club competitions
- Push notification token - to send reminders about events and polls
- Device type - to optimize the app experience
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Enable communication between club members
- Display your name and profile picture to other members in your club
- Send push notifications about upcoming events and polls
- Improve and develop the app
Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored with Supabase, which uses:
- Encrypted data transfer (TLS/SSL)
- Encrypted storage
- Secure data centers in EU/USA
Only members of your club can see your information. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data is only accessible to authorized users.
We never sell your personal information. Your data is only shared with:
- Other club members - name, profile picture, and content you create
- Supabase - our database host for secure storage
- Expo - for push notifications
- Apple - for App Store distribution
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the app
- Correct your information via profile settings
- Delete your content (photos, comments)
- Delete your account - contact us for complete deletion
- Leave clubs - you can leave a club at any time
Data Retention
We retain your data as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except for data required by law.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email.
